Thanks 2018

While we have less than 12 hours left in 2018.
So many people are fast forwarding to 2019.
I too am looking forward to a happy new year.
However, let me pause to be grateful for what he have/had in 2018.

5 Things I am thankful for in 2018.

1. The 2018 Holiday Drive.

With the help of friends, families, businesses, artists....our drive helped many this holiday season.
We collected over 100 toys.
We donated to The Food Bank over 200 pounds of food.
We donated to The Covenant House over 200 new pairs of socks/hats/gloves.

We are planing to set up events to help The Covenant House and Food Bank through out 2019.

2. Ray The Curator

Ray The Closer added the title of "Pop-Up Curator" to his resume.
As the year closed my talented friends helped me curate several events that merged parties/art/culture.
That was just the warm up because in 2019 we have several festivals kicking off.
We will be bringing some new and exciting talent to a stage/art gallery maybe even a private home near you. STAY TUNED.

3. TV Got Great Again.

TV this year was as great a year as I ever remembered for broadcast television.
In some cases already great shows got better, like Fear The Walking Dead. Some shows lost a pace like the original Walking Dead franchise. Some shows stayed about where they were like Modern Family.
Then some shows snuck and got wonderful...Black-ish.
Some shows came from no where and took my place as favorites, none more so than The Rel Show on Fox. (Soon I will share my complete top 5 shows.)

4. My health.

It was my beautiful friend Cha Cha that helped me to see. Everyday is a day you have to make a difference and while you are up right you owe it to yourself to enjoy what ou can, help who you can can and accomplish what you can!

5. LEARNING
I am blessed. I have over 500 things to thank God for in 2018.
I will file for now the rest under LEARNING.
There are so many things I understand more and see clearer that I did not see in 2017.
Everything from being seperated from friends and businesses that were holding me back to moving away from things hat made me too comfortable to finally investing in creating digital art.

2018 I hope I got everything I was meant to get from you.
And I am ready for 2019.
To everyone reading this....let's be ready.
